 Why was I able to travel to Chihuhuaha in November 2021 but my friend, a chihuahuanse working on his licenciatura en historia, estudiando la historia de su estado natal, de las hazañas de Pancho Villa, ¿porque no tenía permiso viajar a Columbus y Deming para investigar la revolución transfronteriza?
